Oh, how I love beauty goodies! Spring is 1 month away, but now is the time to play with new colors that feel fresh and are reminiscent of the upcoming season. Recently, I was able to try a few items from the Mary Kay® Limited-Edition* Into the Garden™ line, which is a collaboration with Brazilian-born fashion designer Patricia Bonaldi. The products are ideal pieces to celebrate the time of the year when flowers bloom. The packaging also has a dope vintage feel.
Below, check out the highlights on some of the beauty and bath products I was able to experience!
Into the Garden™ Color Compact ($35.00): This compact includes four eye shadows and three poured lip colors. I especially enjoyed playing around with the lip colors because they are bright and a change from the darker colors I’ve been wearing during fall and winter. The lip creams are sheer and offer a slight shimmer.
Into The Garden™ Nail Appliqués ($8.00) & Into the Garden™ Nail Lacquer ($9.50 each): Think spring sophistication! The nail colors in this collection include Coral Blossom, Pink Magnolia and Sweet Lilac. These shades complement the easy to apply nail appliqués, which are small fun works of arts that represent such elements as pearls, flowers, and lace. I liked the flower designs the most.
Into the Garden™ Soap Set ($15.00): I can be picky when it comes to perfumed soaps. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this soap set. First, I have to say that the floral box is cute. When I first saw it, I thought that this would be a great gift idea. If you ever need a hostess present or party favor, this could definitely be an option. Also, the scent wasn’t overwhelming; it had a light garden smell.
The Mary Kay Spring 2016 line is currently available.
